Welcome to InstaSite. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

We create complete websites for businesses using the information you supply. We review the website before releasing it on a Cloudflare web address.

2. Your free website and seven-day access

Website creation is free. Your working website is available free for 7 days from when it is ready and released to you. Time spent preparing the website does not count toward this period. If lifetime access has not been activated when this period ends, website access stops. Contact InstaSite to discuss continued or restored access.

3. Lifetime access

Contact InstaSite on WhatsApp to arrange lifetime access. Hosting for the created website is free for life after the agreed arrangements are confirmed and lifetime access is activated by InstaSite. Clicking a WhatsApp link or sending an enquiry does not activate lifetime access. We confirm the scope, any agreed price and the next steps before any paid commitment.

4. Changes and support

Lifetime access includes 3 occasions of support during the first year from lifetime activation. These are separate requests for assistance. Contact us to confirm whether your requested help is included before work begins. Unused requests do not automatically renew. Further work after the allowance or first year is discussed and agreed separately.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the business information, images and content you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use them. You are responsible for the legality of your business and its content. We may decline or stop service for businesses involved in illegal, fraudulent or prohibited activities.

6. Custom domains and existing orders

If you want your own web address, contact InstaSite to confirm domain registration, connection and renewal arrangements before committing. Existing paid orders retain the services, amounts and terms agreed at purchase. Their order records and payment history remain the reference for those purchases.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide our services on a reasonable-effort basis and do not promise any particular search ranking, sales result or uninterrupted third-party service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
