Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how InstaSite collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our services.

1. Information we collect

We collect the details you provide through our forms: your business name, type, city, WhatsApp number, email (if given), and any links, images, or notes you share. When you purchase a plan, our payment gateway collects payment information directly — we receive only a confirmation and a payment reference, never your full card or bank details.

2. How we use your information

We use your information only to: create your website, contact you on WhatsApp or email about your website and order, provide support, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

3. WhatsApp communication

By submitting your number, you agree that we may contact you on WhatsApp with your website link and related messages. You can ask us to stop at any time.

4. Where your data is stored

Your information is stored securely with reputable service providers (our database and hosting partners). We take reasonable technical measures to protect it against unauthorised access.

5. Website security and service records

We may record limited technical information when a private website link is opened, such as the time, browser type, and a one-way protected version of the network address. We use this to prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and understand whether a website was delivered. We do not use this information for advertising.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to any records we must keep by law.

7. Your rights

You may request to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for the website and admin area to function. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

9. Contact

For any privacy question or request, contact InstaSite on WhatsApp.
